Lo spreco alimentare riguarda ogni anno oltre un terzo del cibo prodotto nel nostro pianeta.

In diverse percentuali, lo spreco si ha lungo tutta la filiera dal produttore al consumatore.

In termini di impatto ambientale, scartare cibo significa sprecare anche le risorse usate per la sua produzione (energia – acqua – terra), che di conseguenza porta ad uno consumo inutile di combustibili fossili, che trovano ancora largo utilizzo nelle diverse fasi della coltivazione, allevamento e lavorazione del cibo.

Per ridurre le quantità degli scarti alimentari si dovrebbe iniziare a livello culturale limitandone gli acquisti in eccesso ed migliorando i sistemi di conservazione.

Per poter recuperare gli scarti alimentari proponiamo sistema ERASER. Separare la frazione organica dall’imballo o contenitore (scatola, barattolo, ecc). per avviare la prima a produzione Biogas mentre gli imballi possono essere recuperare o inceneriti in base alla loro tipologia.

To reduce the quantity of food waste, we should start at a cultural level by limiting excess purchases and improving conservation systems.

In order to recover the food waste produced, we offer the ERASER system. Separate the organic fraction from the packaging or container (box, jar, etc.). to start the first Biogas production while the packaging can be recovered or incinerated based on its type.

Quanto materiale serve e quanto costa - how much material need and how much it cost?

In base al prodotto che dovrà essere lavorato basteranno dai 20 ai 100 kg di materiale. L'eventuale costo della prova verrà comunicato dopo aver conosciuto tipologia e quanità di materiale che si vuol provare.

Based to the product need to be process, will be enough from 20 to 100 kg of material. The eventual cost for the test will be comunicate after known the kind and quantity of material to be tested.

Devo essere presente - Should I be present?

Sarete nostri ospiti graditi se vorrete presenziare alla prova. Nel caso per distanza o impegni vari non sia possibile, provvederemo a predisporre un video della prova, ed inviarlo unitamente al materiale separato che vi verrà rispedito.

We will be honoreted to have you as guest during the test. If because of the distance or other engagements  will be not possibile, we will prepare a video of the test and send to you back with the selected material which will be ship back to you.
